Payment and Ordering Information We offer an online shopping cart for your convenience, however, we have other options available to you. Payment Information: 1. We accept major credit cards including MasterCard and Visa. We also accept payment through Paypal, Personal Check or Money Order. 2. If paying by Paypal, please include your Paypal ID with your order. We will send you an invoice through Paypal as soon as we have shipping calculated. We will ship your order as soon as we have received payment from you. 3. Checks or Money Orders- If you are paying by personal check, cashiers check or money order, please place your order and let us know this is how you will be paying. We will contact you as soon as we have calculated shipping costs. Please mail check/money order to the address below. We will ship your product as soon as payment has cleared. Heaven's Scent Candle Shipping Information: All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. We can also ship UPS Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, or 3 Day Select. All orders when placed need 3-5 business days for processing. The shipping costs will be calculated and added to invoice total. Customer will be notified via e-mail or phone withing 24 hours with approximate shipping totals. Our Guarantee or Return Policy We Value our customers and are truly committed to your satisfaction. Please return merchandise purchases in the original packaging within 30 days of invoice date. We will replace any product that is deemed defective. Heaven's Scent Candle Product and Prices The price and availability of any products contained or referenced on this website is subject to change at any given time without notice. Maintaining Your Candles Our candle wicks may mushroom due to the high percentage of fragrance oils used. Make sure you always keep wick trimmed 1/8 to 1/4 inch after each burning. Burn 3-4 hours at a time allowing wax to liquefy across the top. This will allow your candle to burn evenly down the container and not tunnel. Never place candle near a draft of fan. Never expose the candle to intense light for an extended period of time. This will cause discolor or the candle to fade. The Heaven's Scent Story A few years ago we felt the need to create a candle the customer could customize. In other words choose their own fragrance, color and container. With this in mind Heaven’s Scent Candle was founded. Our intent is to make a candle with superb fragrances and extraordinary burn. After years of perfecting this art we have accomplished this goal. Our quality is never compromised. Each of our candle lines are “hand-poured”. Nothing is mass produced or stored away for future stock. We have built our reputation on the quality of our candles and strong customer sevice.
